Build Tiers — MVP to World Class
The Agent Team
Own the vision. Decompose the work, write the Master Prompts, distribute tasks, review all output, and make the final go/no-go decisions.
Translates Master Prompts into detailed technical specifications, defines data models, designs API contracts, and ensures architectural consistency.
Writes, debugs, and refactors the application code. Integrates third-party APIs and builds the frontend and backend components.
Writes and executes unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. Conducts load testing, security scans, and is responsible for the automated evaluation suite.
Maintains the progress_log.md, updates the feature_status.json, writes user-facing documentation, and ensures all work is committed to Git with clear messages.
